Welcome to the Future Shapers Tribe! 🌏 This is the internal space exclusively for Official Volunteers (Level 1+). Here, we don't just "participate," we Learn, Act & Lead together.

Here you will:

Receive Missions: Get updates on the latest "30-Day Challenges" (Translation, Content, Seeding).
Submit & Showcase: Share your real-world results to earn badges and get feedback from Leaders.
Connect: Find teammates on the same frequency to solve community problems.

The 4 Golden Rules (Culture Code): 1. Hard-working: Meticulous attention to detail, from a comma to a split second. 2. Transparent: Do not hide ignorance. Ask if it's hard, fix it if it's wrong. 3. Solution-oriented: Don't just bring complaints, bring proposed solutions. 4. Can-do Attitude: "I don't know" means "I will learn" .

You are not allowed to share, copy, or distribute them externally without Core Team approval. Respect & Constructive Debate

We encourage critical thinking but strictly forbid personal attacks (Ad hominem). All debates must be based on data and logic. We do not "feed the trolls" or engage in toxic behavior.

Value-First Content (No Spam)

Every post must deliver value (Learn, Act, Lead). We strictly prohibit spam, self-promotion, offensive content, or sensitive political/religious discussions that violate TED standards.

Discipline is Power

This is an action-based community. Members who are inactive or fail to meet the minimum KPIs during the "30-Day Challenge" will be removed to maintain the ecosystem's high quality.
